We believe this segment of real estate covers the three major concerns in investing: Safety, Security and Profit.
We are vertically-integrated with all aspects of our business in-house, which lowers our costs and allows us to pass on savings to our residents without jeopardizing returns to investors.
We only pursue assets that fit our investment criteria and underwrite at ~20% IRR* net to investors.
Our typical hold period is 36 months.
Our exit strategy is to sell our assets to a controlled REIT at market price.

We Buy
Urban Communities finds the deals, negotiates the purchase and financing, and closes the deal.

We Partner with Investors
Accredited investors become limited partners in our real estate funds that actually own the real estate. This is not a REIT or stock.

We Collect Rents
After renovating and repositioning our acquisitions, our portfolio of properties generates monthly rental payments at market rates from our residents.

Our Investors Get Paid
We pay out distributions quarterly as cash flow permits to our investors.
